Your First Visit: What to Expect
If it is your first time with us, here is exactly how a visit runs, so you can walk in knowing there are no surprises on the other side of the door.
We start with a proper look and a proper chat. What do you want your nails to do: last through work, turn heads, match an event? Got a photo? Even better. This takes a few minutes and it shapes everything that follows.
Then the care part: tidying cuticles, shaping to the length and form you have chosen, and prepping the nail surface so whatever goes on top actually stays on. Good prep is invisible in the moment and obvious three weeks later.
Colour, gel or art comes next, built layer by layer and cured as we go. Nail art takes as long as it takes; we would rather do it properly than fast, and you are welcome to sit back and switch off while we work.
Brows or lashes on the same visit? Easy, just mention it when you book so we allow the time. Plenty of clients stack services into one relaxed appointment.
You leave with a finished set, simple aftercare advice, and a realistic idea of when to come back. That is the whole experience: no upselling, no rushing, just careful work on hands you will keep looking at all week.
